To provide a lead-out wire support part capable of supporting a plurality of control methods.SOLUTION: A motor includes: a rotor having a shaft along a center axis vertically extended; a stator which has a plurality of coils, and is opposite in a radial direction from the rotor; and a lead-out wire support part 40 which is arranged on an upper side of the stator, and supports a plurality of lead-out wires extended from a plurality of coils. The lead-out wire support part includes: a conductive member 41 electrically connecting the plurality of lead-out wires; a guide member 42 guiding each lead-out wire to an upper side of ech lead-out wire support part in an axial direction; an annular part 43 extended in an annular state along a circumference direction of the stator, and to which the conductive member and the guide member are attached; and a connection part 44 connecting the annular part and the guide member. The annular part includes a holding part 433 that holds the conductive member, and is extended along the circumference direction of the annular part.
