To provide an interest analysis device, an interest analysis method and a program capable of accurately analyzing participants' interests, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: In an interest analysis system, an interest analysis device 1 includes an interest information acquisition unit 11, an interest network generation unit 12, an importance calculation unit 13, and an output unit 14. The interest information acquisition unit 11 acquires interest information of a user. The interest information is information indicating that the user has shown an interest in a content, and includes identification information of the user and identification information of the content that the user is interested in. The interest network generation unit 12 generates an interest network that represents the user's interest in the content based on the interest information. The importance calculation unit 13 calculates the importance of the content based on the interest network.
