Zusammenfassung:To suppress or avoid the generation of noise caused by the movement of a spool valve body of a relief valve.SOLUTION: A relief valve 1 comprises: a sleeve 2 which is formed into a cylindrical shape; a spool valve body 3 which relatively slides and advances/retreats along an axial core A of the sleeve 2 with respect to the sleeve 2 by receiving the pressure of fluid in the sleeve 2; a drain port 22 which penetrates a peripheral wall of the sleeve 2 in an oblique B-direction which is not orthogonal to the axial core A direction of the sleeve 2, and relieves a surplus fluid; and a spring 4 for elastically energizing the spool valve body 3 in a direction in which an opening of the drain port 22 is contracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】リリーフバルブのスプール弁体の動きによって異音が発生することを抑制ないし回避する。【解決手段】筒状をなすスリーブ2と、前記スリーブ2内で流体の圧力を受けてスリーブ2に対し相対的に当該スリーブ2の軸心A方向に沿って摺動し進退するスプール弁体3と、前記スリーブ2の周壁を当該スリーブ2の軸心A方向に直交しない斜めB方向に貫通しており余剰の流体を逃がすドレンポート22と、前記スプール弁体3を前記ドレンポート22の開度を縮小させる方向に弾性付勢するスプリング4とを具備するリリーフバルブ1を構成した。【選択図】図3
