Zusammenfassung:To provide a vehicular cooler capable of reducing drive resistance by early raising a temperature of transmission oil and capable of suppressing lubrication failure in a transmission by suppressing an excessive temperature rise.SOLUTION: A vehicular cooler includes: a cooling water flow passage 30 in which cooling water cooling an engine 4 flows; and an oil flow passage 34 in which oil lubricating inside of a transmission 8 flows. The oil flow passage includes: a first heat exchanger 24 exchanging heat between the cooling water in the cooling water flow passage and the oil in the oil flow passage; a second heat exchanger 27 exchanging heat between traveling wind received by a vehicle and the oil in the oil flow passage; and oil flow rate adjustment devices 52, 54 capable of adjusting a flow rate of the oil flowing in the first heat exchanger and a flow rate of the oil flowing in the second heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】変速機オイルを早期に昇温させて駆動抵抗を低減させると共に、過度な温度上昇を抑制して変速機内の潤滑不良を抑制することができる車両用冷却装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、エンジン4を冷却する冷却水が流れる冷却水流路30と、変速機8内を潤滑するオイルが流れるオイル流路34と、を備え、オイル流路には、冷却水流路の冷却水とオイル流路のオイルとの間で熱交換を行う第1熱交換器24と、車両が受ける走行風とオイル流路のオイルとの間で熱交換を行う第2熱交換器27と、第1熱交換器を流通するオイル流量と第2熱交換器を流通するオイル流量とを調整可能なオイル流量調整装置52、54とが設けられている。【選択図】図4
