Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for producing a chabazite-type zeolite which solves a problem of low yield in a conventional chabazite-type zeolite manufacturing method based on an FAU conversion method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a chabazite-type zeolite, including the steps of: mixing an FAU type zeolite and a solvent to prepare a raw material slurry; wet-grinding the raw material slurry to prepare a pulverized slurry, adding an alkali metal to the pulverized slurry to prepare a compounded slurry; and subjecting the compounded slurry to a hydrothermal treatment to prepare a chabazite-type zeolite, wherein the alkali metal is added such that the molar amount of alkali metal in the prepared slurry is 0.320 mol or more and 0.380 mol or less based on 1 mol of Si in the prepared slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】FAU転換法に基づく従来のチャバザイト型ゼオライト製造方法における低収率の課題を解決したチャバザイト型ゼオライトの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】FAU型ゼオライトと溶媒とを混合して原料スラリーを調製する工程、前記原料スラリーを湿式粉砕して粉砕スラリーを調製する工程、前記粉砕スラリー中にアルカリ金属を添加して調合スラリーを調製する工程、および前記調合スラリーを水熱処理してチャバザイト型ゼオライトを調製する工程を有し、前記調合スラリー中のアルカリ金属のモル量が、該調合スラリー中のSi1モルに対して、0.320モル以上〜0.380モル以下となるようにアルカリ金属を添加することを特徴とするチャバザイト型ゼオライトの製造方法。【選択図】なし |
