To provide a clad with excellent bondability.SOLUTION: In a clad in which two or more layers of different metallic materials are laminated in a plate thickness direction, a layer on one or both surfaces of a clad plate is a stainless steel in which the metallic material has a thickness of 0.03 mm or more, an average value of a nitrogen amount in an area of 0.01 mm from both ends in a thickness direction of the layer comprising the stainless steel is 0.01 to 0.3 mass%, and the average value of the nitrogen amount in the area of 0.01 mm from both ends in the thickness direction of the layer comprising the stainless steel is 1.3 times or less of an average value of a nitrogen amount in an area of ±0.005 mm from a center in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】接合性に優れるクラッド板を提供する。【解決手段】異なる金属材料が板厚方向に２層以上積層されたクラッドであって、クラッド板の一方又は両方の表面の層は金属材料が厚さ０．０３ｍｍ以上のステンレス鋼であり、ステンレス鋼である層において、厚さ方向の両端から０．０１ｍｍまでの領域における窒素量の平均値が０．０１〜０．３質量％であり、かつ、ステンレス鋼である層の、厚さ方向の両端から０．０１ｍｍまでの領域における窒素量の平均値が、厚さ方向の中心から±０．００５ｍｍの領域における窒素量の平均値の１．３倍以下であることを特徴とするクラッド。【選択図】なし
