Zusammenfassung:To automate removal of residual materials from a heating surface to clean the heating surface and avoid the residual materials such as food material waste from adhering to an object to be cooked, improve cooking efficiency and improve cooking quality.SOLUTION: A cooking method includes the steps of: heating an object to be cooked (F) with a griddle part (10) and taking the post-heated object to be cooked out from the griddle part; acquiring imaging information from a heating surface (50) of the griddle part and determining whether residual materials (G) are present at the heating surface after the object to be cooked is taken out; driving a residual material removal mechanism part (8) to move the residual materials to a residual material recovery part from the heating surface when any residual material is present at the heating surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】加熱面における残留物の除去を自動化して加熱面を清浄化し、被調理物への食材くずなどの残留物の付着回避、調理の効率化および調理品質の向上を図る。【解決手段】グリドル部(10)で被調理物(F)を加熱し、加熱後の被調理物を前記グリドル部から取り出す工程と、前記グリドル部の加熱面(50)から撮像情報を取得し、被調理物の取出し後の前記加熱面に残留物(G)が存在するかを判定する工程と、前記加熱面に残留物が存在すれば、残留物除去機構部(8)を駆動して該残留物を前記加熱面から残留物回収部に移動させる工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
