Zusammenfassung:To provide a compact amplitude frequency characteristic compensation circuit having an amplitude characteristic with a steep amplitude change at a frequency change.SOLUTION: An amplitude frequency characteristic compensation circuit 10 includes a stub 3 connected in parallel with a main line 2 for radio signal propagation. The stub 3 includes: a resistor 4 directly connected to the main line 2; a plurality of wires 6; and a plurality of wire bonding patterns 5 for bonding connection between the resistor 4 and any one wire 6, and between the plurality of wires 6. A series resonant circuit is formed by setting a total line length from the resistor 4 to the pattern 5, positioned at the top edge in the stub 3, to be a length which resonates at a preset desired frequency, and by arranging the wires 6 and the patterns 5 so that the Q value of the series resonant circuit has a large value. Thus, a concave amplitude frequency characteristic of the amplitude frequency characteristic compensation circuit 10 is set to have a steep characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】周波数変化時の振幅変化が急峻な振幅特性を有し、かつ、小型化が可能な振幅周波数特性補償回路を提供する。【解決手段】振幅周波数特性補償回路10は、無線信号伝搬用の主線路2に並列接続したスタブ3を有する。スタブ3は、主線路2に直接接続する抵抗4、複数のワイヤ6、抵抗4とワイヤ6のいずれか一つとの間および複数のワイヤ6間をボンディング接続するための複数のワイヤボンディング用パターン5からなる。抵抗4からスタブ3内の先端に位置するパターン5までの全線長を、予め定めた所望の周波数において共振する長さとすることにより、直列共振回路を形成し、かつ、その直列共振回路のQ値が大きい値になるように、ワイヤ6及びパターン5を配置することにより、振幅周波数特性補償回路10における凹形の振幅周波数特性を急峻な特性に設定する。【選択図】図6
