Zusammenfassung:To shorten the time-lag up to addition of a sintering inhibitor by the measurement of the flow air pressure, and allow the amount of the sintering inhibitor to be added to be controlled on the basis of the change in the flow air pressure over time, thereby minimizing the amount of the sintering inhibitor to be added and preventing the amount of the sintering inhibitor to be added from being excess.SOLUTION: A sewage sludge incineration treatment method in a fluidized bed incinerator 100 includes steps of: (a) introducing compressed air from an air inlet into a fluidized medium in the fluidized bed incinerator to form a fluidized bed of the fluidized medium; (b) burning dehydrated sludge while allowing the dehydrated sludge, the sintering inhibitor, and the fluidized medium to flow in the fluidized bed incinerator; (c) measuring the pressure at a certain position of the fluidized bed and determining the change in the pressure over time; and (d) controlling the amount of the sintering inhibitor to be added according to the change in the pressure over time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】流動空気圧の測定により、焼結抑制剤添加までのタイムラグを短縮して、焼結抑制剤の投入量を流動空気圧の経時変化に基づいてコントロールすることができる。これにより、焼結抑制剤の投入量を最小限にして、焼結抑制剤の投入量が過剰になることを防止する。【解決手段】流動層焼却炉100における下水汚泥の焼却処理方法であって、前記流動層焼却炉内の流動媒体に空気投入口より圧縮空気を導入し、前記流動媒体の流動層を形成する工程(a)と、脱水汚泥と焼結抑制剤と前記流動媒体とを前記流動層焼却炉内で流動させつつ前記脱水汚泥を燃焼する工程(b)と、前記流動層の一定位置における圧力を計測し、その経時変化を求める工程(c)と、前記経時変化に応じて前記焼結抑制剤の投入量をコントロールする工程(d)とを有する、下水汚泥の焼却処理方法。【選択図】図4
