Zusammenfassung: | To provide a wire bundle and its manufacturing method capable of forming a water-stop structure without liquefying a water stop material, as well as, a wiring structure and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of wire bundle characterized by that a plurality of wires are arranged in parallel, in at least a part of wire groups formed by arranging the plurality of wires, from one surface side and the other surface side of the wire group, the portion is sandwiched with a silicone material having plasticity, thereby a firs silicone layer made of the silicone material, the wiring layer obtained by arranging the plurality of wires arranged in parallel, and a second silicone layer made of the silicone material are laminated in this order to obtain a sandwich structure, and the sandwich structure is wound in a direction in which the plurality of wires are arranged in parallel or by folding one or more times, a block body in which the silicone material held an optional position of the plurality of wires can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】止水材を液状化させることなく止水構造を形成することが可能な、線材束及びその製造方法、並びに配線構造及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の線材を並列に配置するとともに、前記複数の線材が並列に配置されてなる線材群の少なくとも一部において、前記線材群の一方の面側と他方の面側から、可塑性を有するシリコーン材料で前記一部を挟むことにより、前記シリコーン材料からなる第一シリコーン層と、前記複数の線材が並列に配置されてなる線材層と、前記シリコーン材料からなる第二シリコーン層とがこの順に積層されたサンドイッチ構造を得て、前記サンドイッチ構造を、前記複数の線材が並列に配置された方向に巻回するか又は1回以上折り返すことにより、前記シリコーン材料が、前記複数の線材の任意の箇所を保持したブロック体を得ることを含む、線材束の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
