Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method by which a separator integrated type electrode having a shutdown function can easily be manufactured using a water-insoluble polymer.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a separator integrated type electrode disclosed herein includes: a step of preparing a coating liquid in which a water-insoluble polymer is dissolved and polyethylene particles are dispersed in a mixed solvent containing a good solvent of the water-insoluble polymer and a poor solvent of the water-insoluble polymer; a step of applying the coating liquid onto an electrode; and a step of vaporizing and removing the mixed solvent from the coating liquid applied onto the electrode. The boiling point of the poor solvent is higher than that of the good solvent. By vaporizing and removing the mixed solvent, pores are formed to form a porous separator layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】非水溶性高分子を用いてシャットダウン機能を有するセパレータ一体型電極を容易に製造可能な方法を提供する。【解決手段】ここに開示されるセパレータ一体型電極の製造方法は、非水溶性高分子の良溶媒および前記非水溶性高分子の貧溶媒を含有する混合溶媒に、前記非水溶性高分子が溶解し、かつポリエチレン粒子が分散した塗工液を調製する工程と、前記塗工液を、電極上に塗工する工程と、前記電極上に塗工した塗工液から、前記混合溶媒を気化させて除去する工程と、を包含する。前記貧溶媒の沸点は、前記良溶媒の沸点よりも高い。前記混合溶媒を気化させて除去することによって、空孔を形成して多孔質セパレータ層を形成する。【選択図】図2 |
