【課題】 発光管の形状や大きさによらず反射膜を形成でき、かつ、歩留まりが向上されたフィラメントランプの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 光に対して透過性を示す筒状の発光管を準備する工程(A)と、前記発光管の壁面に、シリカを主たる成分とする粒状物を含む反射膜材料を塗布して被膜を形成する工程(B)と、前記被膜を乾燥させる工程(C)と、前記工程(C)の実施後、前記発光管の壁面の前記被膜を加熱して焼結させる工程(D)と、前記工程(D)の実施後、前記発光管の壁面で焼結された前記被膜の一部を、シリカの融点以上の温度で加熱する工程(E)とを含む。【選択図】 図9 |
