Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat dissipation structure that is adaptable to various forms of heat sources, is lightweight, has excellent elastic deformability, is excellent in heat dissipation efficiency, enhances the uniformity of heat dissipation of each of the heat source, and can easily and reliably position the heat source, and a battery.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: a heat dissipation structure 1 in which a plurality of heat dissipation members 20 are connected to one another, wherein the heat dissipation members 20 include heat conductive sheets 21 which are shaped so as to advance while spirally wound, cushion members 22 which are provided on annular back surfaces of the heat conductive sheets 21 and are more easily deformed than the heat conductive sheets 21, and penetration paths 23 which penetrate in a direction in which the heat conductive sheets 21 advance while spirally wound, where the heat dissipation structure 1 includes connecting members 30 for connecting both the end portions in a longitudinal direction of the plurality of heat dissipation members 20 in a state where the plurality of heat dissipation members 20 are arranged side by side in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and fixing members 10 which are arranged at four corners of the peripheral edge of the plurality of heat dissipation members 20, and fix the connecting members 30; and a battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱源の種々の形態に順応可能で、軽量で、弾性変形性に富み、放熱効率に優れ、熱源各々の放熱性の均一化を高め、かつ熱源との位置決めを容易かつ確実にできる放熱構造体及びバッテリーを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、複数の放熱部材20が連結された放熱構造体1であって、放熱部材20は、スパイラル状に巻回しながら進行する形状の熱伝導シート21と、熱伝導シート21の環状裏面に備えられ、熱伝導シート21に比べ変形容易なクッション部材22と、熱伝導シート21の巻回しながら進行する方向に貫通する貫通路23と、を備え、複数の放熱部材20をその長手方向と直交する方向に並べた状態で、複数の放熱部材20の長手方向の両端部を連結する連結部材30と、複数の放熱部材20の周縁の四隅部にそれぞれ配置され、連結部材30を固定する固定部材10と、を備える放熱構造体1及びバッテリーに関する。【選択図】図1
