Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information processing apparatus configured to activate electronic commerce more effectively, an information processing method, and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an execution result acquisition unit which acquires an execution result of a predetermined target action of a user in an e-commerce service; and a privilege offering unit which executes, when the execution result acquired by the execution result acquisition unit satisfies a predetermined condition, a drawing for a privilege to be used in the e-commerce service at a predetermined winning rate in response to a request from the user, and offers the privilege to the user in accordance with a result of the drawing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】より効果的に電子商取引の活性化を図ることができる情報処理装置、情報処理方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】情報処理装置は、電子商取引サービスにおけるユーザによる所定の目標行動の実行実績を取得する実行実績取得部と、実行実績取得部により取得された実行実績が所定の条件を満たす場合に、ユーザからの要求に応じて、電子商取引サービスにおいて使用できる特典が所定の確率で当選する抽選を実行し、当該抽選の結果に応じて特典をユーザに対して付与する特典付与部と、を備える。【選択図】図２
