Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for observing ionization layer disturbance.SOLUTION: An observation device including a measurement unit having an electronic camera and means for projecting a position of the sun, a computer 301, and analysis software photographs a locus of the sun to analyze an orbit. When sunlight passes through a range in which ionospheric layer disturbance occurs, an amount of refraction changes, and a viewing direction of the sun changes slightly. A geometric method calculates a central position and a range of the ionospheric layer disturbance based on a time of the change, a length of time during which the change occurs, and an amount of change. Using these calculated values, a position of a seismic center and a magnitude of an earthquake are estimated, and short-term occurrence prediction of the earthquake is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】電離層じょう乱の観測方法を提供する。【解決手段】電子式カメラと太陽の位置を投影する手段を備える測定部とコンピューター301及び解析用ソフトウエアを備える観測装置で、太陽の軌跡を撮影し、軌道を分析する。電離層じょう乱が起きている範囲を太陽光が通過することで屈折量が変化し、太陽の見える方角がわずかに変化する。この変化の時刻と変化が起きている時間の長さと変化量から幾何学的方法により、電離層じょう乱の中心位置と範囲を計算する。この計算値を用いて震源地の位置と地震の規模を推定し、地震の短期的な発生予測を行う。【選択図】図3 |
