To provide a hairspring fixing mechanism capable of fixing while suppressing deformation of the hairspring, a temper reception unit including the hairspring fixing mechanism, a movement, and a watch.SOLUTION: A hairspring fixing mechanism 8 includes: a hairspring 23 formed in a spiral; and a hairspring holder 53 that is connected to an outer end 29 of the hairspring 23, which is movable in a first direction D1 along a first axis O parallel to the central axis C of the hairspring 23 and rotatable in a second direction D2 around the first axis O.
