Zusammenfassung:	To provide a continuous column chromatography unit capable of swiftly finding and replacing abnormal columns by monitoring the condition of the columns used for purification to obtain a highly pure and stable purified protein in the continuous protein purification process.SOLUTION: There is provided a continuous purification method in which, when one column performs the biopolymer purification process in a column switching method using two independent columns, pattern analysis of the concentration of the evaluation sample is performed after passing through the column following the washing and regeneration process on the other column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】タンパク質の連続精製工程において、純度が高く安定な精製タンパク質を得るために、精製に用いるカラムの状態をモニターし、異常を生じたカラムを迅速に発見し交換する方法が望まれている。【解決手段】２本の独立したカラムを用いるカラムスイッチング法において、一方のカラムが生体高分子の精製工程を行う場合に、他方のカラムで洗浄再生工程に続き評価用サンプルのカラム通過後の濃度のパターン解析を行うことを特徴とする連続精製方法を提供する。【選択図】図１
