Zusammenfassung:To evaluate beforehand an adhesion state of combustion ash in a coal-mixed fired boiler using biomass as renewable energy.SOLUTION: In a method of predicting and evaluating adhesion of combustion ash in a coal-mixed fired boiler using biomass as renewable energy, a sample obtained by mixing biomass with coal serving as main fuel of the coal-mixed fired boiler at a predetermined addition rate is incinerated to prepare test ash, and the test ash is sintered in a combustion temperature condition of the coal-mixed fired boiler to generate sintered ash. The sintered ash is set in a rattler tester 15 to determine a conglutination degree from a ratio obtained by dividing weight of the sintered ash after the test by weight of the sintered ash before the test, and on the basis of the conglutination degree, an adhesion state of the combustion ash in the coal-mixed fired boiler is evaluated beforehand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】バイオマスを再生可能エネルギーとして利用した石炭混焼ボイラにおける燃焼灰の付着状況を事前に評価し得るようにする。【解決手段】バイオマスを再生可能エネルギーとして利用した石炭混焼ボイラにおける燃焼灰の付着予測評価方法に関し、前記石炭混焼ボイラの主燃料となる石炭にバイオマスを所定の添加率で混合した試料を灰化して試験灰を調製し、該試験灰を前記石炭混焼ボイラの燃焼温度条件で焼結させて焼結灰を生成し、該焼結灰をラトラ試験機15にかけて試験前の焼結灰の重量で試験後の焼結灰の重量を割った比から膠着度を求め、該膠着度に基づいて前記石炭混焼ボイラにおける燃焼灰の付着状況を事前に評価する。【選択図】図2
