DUST REMOVING DEVICE OF BOILER HEAT EXCHANGE FACILITY AND BOILER HEAT EXCHANGE FACILITY

To provide a dust removing device of a boiler heat exchange facility which can rapidly remove dust adhered to a heat transfer pipe of the boiler heat exchange facility with a simple and compact configuration.SOLUTION: Dust removing devices (71-73) of a boiler heat exchange facility (50) for removing dust adhered to a heat transfer pipe 56 of the boiler heat exchange facility (50) include a compressed gas storage tank (74) for storing compressed gas, an opening and closing valve 76 for instantaneously discharging the compressed gas stored in the compressed gas storage tank (74), compressed gas pipes (78, 80D, 80U) fixed in the boiler heat exchange facility (50) and blowing the compressed gas discharged from the compressed gas storage tank (74) to the heat transfer pipe 56, and injection nozzles (82D, 82U) fixed on the compressed gas pipes (80D, 80U) and injecting the compressed gas to the heat transfer pipe 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ボイラ熱交換設備の伝熱管に付着するダストを、簡易かつコンパクトな構成で迅速に除去することが可能なボイラ熱交換設備のダスト除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】ボイラ熱交換設備（５０）の伝熱管５６に付着するダストを除去するためのボイラ熱交換設備（５０）のダスト除去装置（７１〜７３）において、圧縮気体を貯留する圧縮気体貯留タンク（７４）と、前記圧縮気体貯留タンク（７４）内に貯留された圧縮気体を瞬間的に放出する開閉弁７６と、前記ボイラ熱交換設備（５０）内に固定設置され、前記圧縮気体貯留タンク（７４）から放出された圧縮気体を前記伝熱管５６に吹き付ける圧縮気体管（７８、８０Ｄ、８０Ｕ）と、前記圧縮気体管（８０Ｄ、８０Ｕ）上に固定設置され、圧縮気体を前記伝熱管５６に向けて吹き付ける噴出ノズル（８２Ｄ、８２Ｕ）と、を備える。【選択図】図２
