The outlet part comprises an inside part extending downward from an inside start position on the downstream side of an inside portion of the curved part to an inside end position along the axis, and an outside part extending downward from an outside start position on the downstream side of an outside portion of the curved part to an outside end position along the axis. The distance between the inside and outside parts and the axis is defined as an axis distance. A rate of increase in which the axial distance increases toward the downstream side in the inside part is higher than a rate of increase in the outside part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】排気による騒音をより好適に低減する。【解決手段】テールパイプの出口部は、排気流路の湾曲区間を形成する湾曲部の下流側に隣接して設けられ、直線状の軸線に沿って出口まで延びる。出口部は、湾曲部の内側部分の下流側の内側開始位置から、軸線に沿って内側終了位置まで下流側に延びる内側部と、湾曲部の外側部分の下流側の外側開始位置から、軸線に沿って外側終了位置まで下流側に延びる外側部とを備える。内側部及び外側部と軸線との間の距離を、軸線距離とする。内側部における下流側に向かうに従い軸線距離が増加する増加率は、外側部における該増加率よりも高い。【選択図】図1 |
