Zusammenfassung:To provide a soil drainage device that can efficiently drain interstitial water of soil to be treated with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A soil drainage device 1 comprises a water collecting facility 2 for collecting interstitial water of soil to be treated, and a negative pressure acting facility 3 for applying a negative pressure to the soil to be treated via the water collecting facility 2. The water collecting facility 2 includes a plurality of water collecting layers 21 that are laid at intervals in the height direction in the soil to be treated that has been dropped on the ground.
