Zusammenfassung:To solve the problem in which: strength of a fiber-reinforced plastic differs by direction and density of fibers, on the other hand, in recent years, a 3D printer or the like for forming the fiber-reinforced plastic has been considered, here, an article made of the fiber-reinforced plastic may have complicated internal structures, in this case, rigidity inside the article is not uniform, thereby, when strength evaluation is properly carried out using a finite element method, it is required to obtain parameters on rigidity for each of a plurality of small regions into which the article is cut out based on complicated internal shapes.SOLUTION: An arithmetic device comprises: a tomographic image acquisition unit for acquiring a plurality of tomographic images each showing a reinforcing fiber shape and a resin shape on a plurality of cross sections when an article containing the reinforcing fiber and the resin is cut out in parallel; and an arithmetic unit for calculating parameters on rigidity related to each of small regions into which the article is partitioned based on the acquired plurality of tomographic images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】繊維強化プラスチックの強度は繊維の方向や密度によって異なる。一方で、近年、繊維強化プラスチックを形成する3Dプリンタ等が検討されており、繊維強化プラスチックで構成される物品は複雑な内部構造を有する場合がある。この場合、物品の内部の剛性は一様でない。そのため、有限要素法により適切に強度評価を行う場合、複雑な内部形状に基づいて、物品を切り分けた複数の小領域それぞれについて剛性に係るパラメータを求めなければならない。【解決手段】演算装置は、強化繊維と樹脂を含む物品を平行に切り分けたときの複数の断面における強化繊維の形状および樹脂の形状を表す複数の断層像を取得する断層像取得部と、取得した複数の断層像に基づいて、物品を分割した複数の小領域のそれぞれに係る剛性に係るパラメータを算出する演算部と、を備える。【選択図】図4
