Zusammenfassung:To provide a truing completion verification device that can perform truing by which a service life of a grinding stone is not spoiled as much as possible.SOLUTION: A truing completion verification device is provided with a truing completion verification part 53 that sequentially calculates signal intensity integral values of at least either of first signal intensities SP1 in a first frequency band B1 relevant to fracture of abrasive grain 38 of a grinding wheel 14 and second signal intensities SP2 in a second frequency band B2 higher than the first frequency band, and verifies truing completion of the grinding wheel 14, on the basis of saturation of the signal intensity integral values. Therefore, cut-in amounts of a rotary dresser 46, frequencies of scanning, and total cut-in amounts are supposed to be necessary and sufficient values to complete truing, so that a grinding surface of the griding wheel 14 is prevented from being ground uselessly beyond necessity, which can suppress the truing from spoiling a service life of the grinding wheel 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】研削砥石の寿命を可及的に損なわないツルーイングを可能とするツルーイング完了判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】研削ホイール14の砥粒38の破砕に関連する第1周波数帯B1の第1信号強度SP1、および、第1周波数帯よりも高い第2周波数帯B2の第2信号強度SP2の少なくとも一方の信号強度積分値を逐次算出し、その信号強度積分値が飽和することに基づいて、研削ホイール14のツルーイング完了を判定するツルーイング完了判定部53が備えられている。これにより、ロータリドレッサ46の切込量および走査回数や総切込量はツルーイングの完了のために必要且つ充分な値とされるので、研削ホイール14の研削面が必要以上に無駄に削られることがなく、研削ホイール14の寿命がツルーイングにより損なわれることが抑制される。【選択図】図1
