Zusammenfassung:	To create color conversion characteristics that do not generate a contradiction in comparison to a case of creating the color conversion characteristics with only photography setting information.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a processor 40 and a model storage unit 22. The processor 40 inputs photography setting information at the time when capturing an image before color conversion, brightness of a background region of the image before color conversion and a set of the image before color conversion and the image after color conversion to a learning machine by executing a program, and creates a color conversion model for color conversion of the image in accordance with the photography setting information and the brightness of the background region to store it in a model storage unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】撮影設定情報のみで色変換特性を作成する場合に比べて、矛盾が生じない色変換特性を作成する。【解決手段】画像処理装置は、プロセッサ４０及びモデル記憶部２２を備える。プロセッサ４０は、プログラムを実行することで、色変換前の画像を撮影したときの撮影設定情報、色変換前の画像の背景領域の明度、及び色変換前の画像と色変換後の画像の組を学習器に入力し、撮影設定情報と、背景領域の明度に応じて画像を色変換する色変換モデルを作成してモデル記憶部２２に記憶する。【選択図】図２
