Zusammenfassung:	To provide an imaging apparatus that can take image data with small blurring even when a camera and an object are close to each other and the relative rates of the camera and the object are rapid.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problem, the imaging apparatus of the present invention includes: a camera for taking an image of an object which relatively moves in the direction of an x-axis and outputting the image data, the reference imaging direction of the camera being a y-axis direction perpendicular to the X-axis; a vibrating unit for vibrating the imaging direction of the camera around a z-axis direction perpendicular to the x-axis and to the y-axis; and a controller for controlling the camera and the vibration unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、カメラと被写体が接近しており、かつ、両者の相対速度が速い場合でも、ブレの小さい画像データを撮影できる撮影装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】上記の課題を解決するため、本発明の撮影装置は、ｘ軸の方向に相対移動する被写体を撮影し画像データを出力するものであって、前記ｘ軸と直交するｙ軸の方向に基準撮影方向を定めたカメラと、前記ｘ軸と前記ｙ軸の双方と直交するｚ軸の周りに、前記カメラの撮影方向を振動させる加振部と、前記カメラと前記加振部を制御する制御部と、を具備する撮影装置とした。【選択図】図１
