To provide a smell device capable of preventing inconvenience due to inconsistency between the temperature of a transfer line (heating conduit) and the temperature inside a column oven.SOLUTION: In the smell device, a component gas separated by a separation column 3 is branched to a detector 5 and a smelling port 8 located outside a column oven by a four-way branch element 6. The four-way branch element and the smelling port are connected via a transfer line 11 consisting of a heating conduit covered with a heater 13. The transfer line includes a heating conduit temperature control means 16 to synchronize the temperature inside the column oven and the temperature of the transfer line via the heating conduit temperature control means based on a temperature detection signal from a temperature sensor 15 in the column oven 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】トランスファーライン（加熱導管）の温度とカラムオーブン内の温度の不一致に伴う不都合を防止するにおい嗅ぎ装置を提供する。【解決手段】分離カラム３で分離された成分ガスを、四方分岐素子６により検出器５とカラムオーブン外に配置されたにおい嗅ぎポート８へ分岐し、四方分岐素子とにおい嗅ぎポート間を加熱ヒータ１３で被覆した加熱導管からなるトランスファーライン１１で接続する。トランスファーラインには加熱導管温度制御手段１６を備え、カラムオーブン１０内の温度センサー１５からの温度検出信号に基づき加熱導管温度制御手段を介してカラムオーブン内温度とトランスファーラインの温度を同期させる。【選択図】図１
