Zusammenfassung:To provide a pipe material automatic inspection device that can make accurate inspection by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a placing unit 401 for placing a laminate of a plurality of pipe materials 300 with the parts of the pipe materials in an axial direction put together; imaging means 305 being arranged on one opening end side of the pipe materials, having a movable focus type zoom lens; a light source 301 arranged on the other opening end side of the pipe material; and first control means 400 for controlling movements of the imaging means so that the imaging means moves in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pipe materials, in which the pipe materials are laminated, and also in a direction perpendicular to the laminate direction. The imaging means is moved to a position by the first control means where an inner surface of an imaging target pipe material of the pipe materials can be imaged, and thereafter the inner surface is imaged so that quality of the pipe material is inspected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】簡単な構成で、正確な検査が可能な管材自動検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数の管材300を、該管材の軸方向を揃えて積層して載置する載置部401と、管材の一方の開口端部側に配置され、可動焦点型ズームレンズを有する撮像手段305と、管材の他方の開口端部側に配置された光源301と、撮像手段を、管材の軸方向に垂直な方向であって、管材の積層方向、及び積層方向と垂直な方向に移動制御する第1の制御手段400とを備え、複数の管材のうち、撮影の目的とする管材に対して、第1の制御手段により、撮像手段を管材の内面を撮影可能な位置に移動させた後、管材の内面を撮影して、該管材の良否を判定する。【選択図】図3
