Zusammenfassung:To provide a corrosion product removing method capable of easily removing a corrosion product generated in a recess such as a pit and a groove with less burden due to incidental work and the like.SOLUTION: A method for removing a corrosion product 30 attached to a surface of a steel plate 10 includes a first processing step and a second processing step. The first processing step causes volume shrinkage on the corrosion product 30 by reducing the corrosion product 30, and configures a magnetite 32. The second processing step reduces adhesion between the magnetite 32 and a basis material of the steel plate 10 by obtaining a new corrosion product 34 by oxidizing the basis material of the steel plate 10 via a crack generated in the magnetite 32 due to volume shrinkage. After the second processing step, the magnetite 32 is peeled and removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ピットや溝などの凹部に生じている腐食生成物も容易に除去することができ、付帯作業等による負担も少ない腐食生成物の除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板10の表面に付着した腐食生成物30を除去する方法であって、腐食生成物30を還元することで腐食生成物30に体積収縮を生じさせると共に、マグネタイト32を構成する第1処理工程と、体積収縮によりマグネタイト32に生じたひびを介して鋼板10の素地を酸化させて新たな腐食生成物34を得ることでマグネタイト32と鋼板10の素地との密着性を低減させる第2処理工程と、を有し、第2処理工程後にマグネタイト32を剥離除去することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
