Zusammenfassung:To provide a battery management system that can be started at an arbitrary timing while reducing power consumption and can suppress a decrease in design freedom.SOLUTION: A battery management system includes a battery detection unit having a first mode for detecting battery information from a battery and a second mode for standby with less power consumption than the first mode, a battery management unit that manages the battery by wirelessly communicating with the battery detection unit, and a switch installed on wiring to which the power from the battery is supplied.
