To provide a computer system that includes a computing module, communication module, and I/O interface.SOLUTION: A computing module includes a COM Express module and/or COM HPC module. A communication module includes a SMARC module and/or Qseven module. The communication module has an FPGA module to be connected to the computing module and at least one I/O interface in a signal transmission method. The FPGA module is configured to communicate with the computer module on the basis of a first communication standard, and communicate with the I/O interface on the basis of a second communication standard. The FPGA module is configured to convert signals from the first communication standard to the second communication standard, and convert vice versa.
