【課題】支流から本流への雨水の放出の放出タイミングを制御することにより、水量が許容範囲を超えて増加することを回避するシステムを提供する。【解決手段】流路制御システムは、本流と本流に接続されて本流に雨水を放出する支流とで構成され、支流には雨水の流れを制御することにより、本流への雨水の放出タイミングを変更する制御機構が設けられる雨水の流路の制御システムであって、本流の水量と、本流の水量が許容範囲を超過する危険性を判定するための第1閾値と、支流の水量と、支流の水量が許容範囲を超過する危険性を判定するための第2閾値と、に基づいて、支流から本流への雨水の放出タイミングを決定する決定部と、前記決定に基づいて制御機構を制御する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
