Zusammenfassung: | To provide a dental polymerizable composition which can be molded easily, in detail, to provide a cutting processing material formed of the dental polymerizable composition which can maintain high strength after being cured and secure service life.SOLUTION: A production method comprises a step for, after mixing (a) a hydroxy group-containing compound including one or two hydroxy groups in a molecule, and (b) a filler, mixing (c) an isocyanate group-containing compound including one or two isocyanate groups in a molecule, then finally, curing a dental polymerizable composition obtained in the above mentioned step for acquiring a dental composite body, in which, a compound of at least any one of the (a) hydroxy group-containing compound and (c) isocyanate group-containing compound includes a radical polymerizable group, by the production method, a dental composite body including the radical polymerizable group and including a cured body of an urethane compound in which, one or two urethane bonds is included in the compound, can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 容易に成型可能な歯科用重合性組成物、より具体的には硬化後は高強度を維持しつつ可使時間を確保した歯科用重合性組成物からなる切削加工用材料を提供すること。【解決手段】 (a)分子内にヒドロキシ基を1個又は2個含有するヒドロキシ基含有化合物と(b)充填材を混合した後に、(c)分子内にイソシアネート基を1個又は2個含有するイソシアネート基含有化合物を混合し、最後に前記工程で得られた歯科用重合性組成物を硬化させて前記歯科用複合体を得る工程を含み、前記(a)のヒドロキシ基含有化合物、又は(c)のイソシアネート基含有化合物の少なくともいずれか一方の化合物がラジカル重合性基を含有することを特徴とする製造方法により、ラジカル重合性基を含有し、化合物中のウレタン結合が1個又は2個であるウレタン化合物の硬化体を含む歯科用複合体を提供する。【選択図】 なし |
