CAR INTERIOR CEILING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF

To provide a car interior ceiling material which can effectively improve tough right feeling of a necessary part while reducing weight increase as much as possible.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for laminating a non-woven fabric 1, a film 2, an outdoor side glass mat 3, an adhesive 4, a semi-rigid polyurethane foam 5, an adhesive 6, an indoor side glass mat 7, and a skin material 8 in this order from an outdoor side of a car and heating and pressure-molding this laminate to cure the adhesives thereby forming an interior ceiling material, a reinforcement glass mat is bonded to only a part of the outdoor side glass mat, of which touch rigid feeling is needed, whereby a glass mat, of which a glass basis weight is partially increased, is configured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 重量の増加を可及的に小さくしつつ、効果的に必要な部位の手触り剛性感を向上させることが可能な自動車内装天井用材料を提供する。【解決手段】 自動車の室外側から、不織布１／フィルム２／室外側ガラスマット３／接着剤４／半硬質ポリウレタンフォーム５／接着剤６／室内側ガラスマット７／表皮材８となるように重ね合わせ、この積層体を加熱・加圧成形することによって、接着剤が硬化して内装天井材を形成する製造方法において、該室外側ガラスマットを、手触り剛性感が求められる部位にのみ補強用ガラスマットを貼合して、ガラス目付量を部分的に増やした構成のガラスマットとなるようにした。【選択図】 図１
