Zusammenfassung: | To provide a liquid droplet imaging device capable of sequentially imaging liquid droplets discharged from many arranged nozzles at high speed.SOLUTION: A liquid droplet imaging device comprises: a camera 2 which images a Y-axis direction as an imaging direction, the Y-axis direction being orthogonal to an X-axis direction; an X-axis moving unit 3 for relatively moving the camera 2 to nozzles 11; and a Y-axis moving unit 4 for relatively moving the camera 2 to the nozzle 11. An area where the camera 2 images liquid droplets D discharged from a plurality of nozzles 11 as imaging subject is divided into a plurality of imaging sections in the X-axis direction. In each imaging section, tan array of the nozzles 11 is segment approximated as a nozzle approximating segment. During an imaging operation, the X-axis moving unit 3 relatively moves the camera 2 at first speed over all imaging sections, and the Y-axis moving unit 4 relatively moves the camera 2 at a constant speed so that a focal point of the camera 2 moves according to the nozzle approximating segment in each imaging section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
