To provide a mounting structure of a cutting tool for processing a work-piece whose space from a chuck device is narrow.SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a cutting tool comprises: a tool holder which is a block body detachably attached to a turret and is formed with a mounting groove orthogonal to a rotation axis of a work-piece; a cutting tool comprising a blade at a tip of a shank part having a fitting part formed in a width direction of the mounting groove; a positioning block which is formed with a part to be fitted to a fitting part of the cutting tool, and is positioned in contact with a side surface and a bottom surface which are orthogonal to each other of the mounting groove; a tightening block that has a taper surface with respect to a side surface with a taper formed in the mounting groove and is pressed into the bottom surface side to press the shank part of the cutting tool against the positioning block side; and a screw part that screws and fixes the positioning block and the tightening block to the tool holder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】チャック装置との隙間が小さいワークを加工するための切削工具取付け構造を提供すること。【解決手段】タレットに着脱可能なブロック体であってワークの回転軸に対して直交する取付け溝が形成された工具ホルダと、前記取付け溝の幅方向に嵌合部が形成されたシャンク部の先端に刃を備えた切削工具と、前記切削工具の嵌合部に対する被嵌合部が形成され、前記取付け溝の直交する側面および底面に接して位置決めされる位置決めブロックと、前記取付け溝に形成されたテーパ付側面に対するテーパ面を有し、底面側への押し込みにより前記切削工具のシャンク部を前記位置決めブロック側に押圧する締込みブロックと、前記位置決めブロックと前記締込みブロックとを前記工具ホルダへねじ止め固定するネジ部とを有する切削工具取付け構造。【選択図】図２
