To provide a more comfortable bottom device and a bed device.SOLUTION: A bottom device according to an embodiment includes a first portion on a head side, a second portion on a waist side, and a first driving mechanism. The first portion includes a first lower surface, and a convex part provided on the first lower surface. The second portion includes a second lower surface, and a first member provided on the second lower surface, and capable of supporting the first lower surface, and is connected to the first portion.
