To provide enhancement of effectiveness for an adenoviral cancer therapy.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to novel replication-competent oncolytic viruses expressing one or more immune cell stimulatory receptor agonists, pharmaceutical compositions comprising replication-competent oncolytic adenoviruses, and their use in treating a variety of cancers. In preferred embodiments, the replication-competent oncolytic virus is an adenovirus.
