Zusammenfassung:To improve the determination accuracy.SOLUTION: A specimen inspection device according to one embodiment includes a placement part on which a reaction vessel is placed, an application part, a detection part, a first determination part, and a second determination part. The reaction vessel includes a first detection surface where a material that specifically reacts with a detection object is fixed in advance, and a second detection surface where the material is not fixed, and houses a mixed solution of the detection object and a reagent. The application part applies energy to promote reaction in the reaction vessel to the reaction vessel. The detection part detects a first electric signal based on a reaction state on the first detection surface, and a second electric signal based on a reaction state on the second detection surface. The first determination part obtains a first determination result on the basis of the first electric signal and the second electric signal.
