To provide a refrigerator in which a storage chamber can be safely sterilized.SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 is provided which comprises a sterilization sheet containing a water-soluble sterilization component on a windward side of a vegetable compartment 4, the refrigerator 1 being configured in such a manner that cold air flowing from a refrigerator chamber 3 is applied to a section of the sterilization sheet with both sides exposed, so that the sterilization component is dissolved in water vapor included in the air and scattered in the vegetable compartment 4 along with the flow of cold air, and a sterilizing effect is obtained. In addition, the sterilization effect in a section where the sterilization component is consumed is reduced, however a winding unit operates in conjunction with the opening and closing of a door 4a of the vegetable compartment 4 to thereby wind the sterilization sheet, consequently the section where the sterilization component is consumed is wound by the winding unit and a section where the sterilization component remains is fed one after another, so that sterilizing effect of the sterilization sheet can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】安全に貯蔵室内の除菌を行うことのできる冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】水溶性の除菌成分を含有する除菌シートを野菜室４の風上側に備え、除菌シートの両面が露出した部分に、冷蔵室３から流入した冷気が当たることで、除菌成分が空気中に含まれる水蒸気に溶解し、冷気の流れに乗って野菜室４内に飛散し、除菌効果が得られる、冷蔵庫１とする。また、除菌成分が消費された部分は除菌効果が弱くなるが、野菜室４の扉４ａの開閉に連動して巻取部が作動し、除菌シートを巻き取るため、除菌成分が消費された部分は巻取部に巻き取られ、除菌成分が残存している部分が次から次へと送出部から引き出されることで除菌効果を維持することができる。【選択図】図１
