Zusammenfassung:	To provide a multiple dwelling house realizing a proper living space by eliminating or decreasing beams extending in a dwelling unit.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house having a common zone 2 and a plurality of dwelling units 3a to 3d in one floor includes: a central column 7 provided in the floor; and a cruciform inside frame comprising a first group 8 of structure members extending in one direction and a second group 9 of structure members extending in a direction perpendicular to the one direction around the central column 7.
