Zusammenfassung:To provide a production method of a carbon nanotube dispersion, with which a carbon nanotube dispersion with a desired characteristic can be produced with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A production method of a carbon nanotube dispersion includes an oxidation treatment step to heat a liquid to be treated containing an oxidizing agent and carbon nanotubes by using a heater.
