Zusammenfassung:	To provide a window member excellent in radio wave transmittance and excellent in weather resistance to humidity.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a first glass plate, a radio wave transmitting member including at least one resin layer opposed to the main surface of the first glass plate, and a breathable waterproof material provided such that the resin layer is not exposed, in which the moisture proof material has the moisture vapor permeability at temperature 40°C, humidity 90%RH measured according to JIS Z 0208:1976 is 0.5(g/m2 day) or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、電波透過性に優れるとともに、湿度に対する耐候性に優れた窓部材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、第１ガラス板と、前記第１ガラス板の主表面と対向する少なくとも一層の樹脂層を含む電波透過部材と、前記樹脂層が露出しないように設けられた透湿防止材と、を備え、前記透湿防止材は、ＪＩＳＺ０２０８：１９７６に準拠して測定した温度４０℃、湿度９０％ＲＨにおける透湿度が０．５（ｇ／ｍ２・ｄａｙ）以下である、窓部材に関する。【選択図】図１
