DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONVEYANCE

To realize by a simple construction a device and method for conveyance allowing for transferring articles in a state fully dispersed widthwise from an upstream conveyor to a downstream conveyor while avoiding overpressure exerted to articles such as containers or falling of articles.SOLUTION: A device for conveyance comprises a first conveyor and a supply unit that supplies articles to the first conveyor while moving articles arranged in a plurality of columns in a third direction inclined relative to first and second directions. The supply unit includes an alignment guide that guides articles arranged in a plurality of columns in the third direction.
