To provide an insulating container that is lightweight and has excellent heat and cold retention performance.SOLUTION: An insulating container 1 is selected. The insulating container 1 has an outer container 2 and an inner container 3, both of which are open at one end. The opening ends of the outer container 2 and the inner container 3 are joined to each other with the inner container 3 contained inside the outer container 2, and an insulating layer 4 is provided between the outer container 2 and the inner container 3. At least one of the outer container 2 and the inner container 3 is made of synthetic resin.
