A drain material 4 which does not transmit the fluid from one surface to the other surface is arranged in the groove 11 so that the surface provided with a shielding material 32 is on the site boundary 3 side. The drain material 4 extends in the horizontal direction over the entire height of the ground water level fluctuation range 31 of a ground 1. Then, the groove 11 is filled back, one end of a suction hose 5 of which the other end is connected to the drain material 4 is connected to a vacuum suction portion 6, and the vacuum suction portion 6 is operated to suction the oil from the drain material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】油類を含む流体の敷地境界外への流出を防止できる油回収システムおよび油の回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】油貯蔵施設2の敷地境界3の内側に地下水位変動範囲31より深い位置まで溝11を掘削する。そして、溝11内に、一方の面から他方の面に流体を透過させないドレーン材4を、遮蔽材32が設けられた面が敷地境界3側となるように設置する。ドレーン材4は、地盤1の地下水位変動範囲31の全高に亘って水平方向に延伸するように設置される。その後、溝11を埋戻し、一端がドレーン材4に連結された吸引ホース5の他端を真空吸引部6に連結し、真空吸引部6を作動させてドレーン材4から油を吸引する。【選択図】図1 |
