The method comprises: a first conveyability control process of controlling conveyability of the conveyance instrument so that the dispersal amount ΔS of the powder P per unit time coincides with a target dispersal amount ΔSt per unit time while continuously measuring total mass A of the hopper and granular powder stored in the hopper; and a second conveyability control process C2 of controlling the conveyability by a technique different from the control in the first process while replenishing the powder P into the hopper until measured total mass B of the powder P in the hopper becomes an initial setting mass B0 when the total mass is below a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ホッパー内に貯留されている粉粒体の散布量を精度よく調整可能とする。【解決手段】本発明は、ホッパー2から排出された粉粒体Pを、搬送手段3によって所定の一方向に搬送して散布する工程を備えた粉粒体の散布方法であって、ホッパー及び該ホッパー内に貯蔵されている粉粒体の全質量(ホッパー込粉粒体全質量)Aを連続して計測しつつ、粉粒体Pの単位時間当たりの散布量ΔSが、単位時間当たりの目標散布量ΔStと一致するように搬送手段の搬送能力を制御する第1搬送能力制御工程と、計測したホッパー内粉粒体の全質量Bが閾値を下回った場合に、該ホッパー内粉粒体の全質量が初期設定質量B0となるまでホッパー内に前記粉粒体Pを補充しつつ、第1搬送能力制御工程による制御とは異なる手法により搬送手段の搬送能力を制御する第2搬送能力制御工程C2とを有する。【選択図】図4 |
