To provide an electric razor which can effectively care a skin surface while suppressing damage onto the skin surface by an outer blade.SOLUTION: An electric razor 2 comprises: an outer blade 24 contacting a skin surface; an inner blade 28 which linearly reciprocates with respect to the outer blade 24, thereby cutting hairs on the skin surface in cooperation with the outer blade 24; and an electrode 30 which contacts the skin surface, and supplies a weak current to the skin surface.
