Zusammenfassung:To accurately and efficiently evaluate friction attenuation.SOLUTION: An evaluation device is provided, evaluating attenuation generated by frictional vibration between a heat transfer tube and a vibration suppression member which are included in a heat exchanger including a plurality of heat transfer tubes and a plurality of vibration suppression members arranged at a gap between adjacent heat transfer tubes while being in contact with the heat transfer tubes. The evaluation device comprises: an acquisition unit acquiring, as data, a nonlinear model of a heat exchanger in which a contact state is individually set for each contact between the plurality of heat transfer tubes and the plurality of vibration suppression members; and an arithmetic operation unit acquiring a main vibration mode formed when an earthquake wave acts by static analysis of the nonlinear model, calculating the total sum of friction dissipation energy between the heat transfer tubes and the vibration suppression members at the contact portion on the basis of the acquired main vibration mode, and calculating an attenuation ratio being a ratio between the calculated total sum of friction dissipation energy and kinetic energy for deforming the nonlinear model into the main vibration mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】摩擦減衰を正確かつ効率的に評価する。【解決手段】評価装置は、複数の伝熱管と、隣り合う伝熱管の隙間に伝熱管と接触して配置される複数の振動抑制部材とを備える熱交換器について、伝熱管と振動抑制部材との間の摩擦振動によって発生する減衰を評価する評価装置であって、複数の伝熱管と複数の振動抑制部材との接触部ごとに接触状態が個別に設定される熱交換器の非線形モデルをデータとして取得する取得部と、地震波が作用する場合の主要振動モードを非線形モデルの静解析により求め、求めた主要振動モードに基づいて、接触部における伝熱管と振動抑制部材との間の摩擦消散エネルギーの総和を算出し、算出した摩擦消散エネルギーの総和と非線形モデルを主要振動モードに変形させるための運動エネルギーとの比率である減衰比を算出する演算部とを備える。【選択図】図1
