MONITORING CONTROL DEVICE AND CLIENT PC

To prevent a client PC that does not have an HMI program license from illegally displaying an HMI screen.SOLUTION: A monitoring control device of an embodiment includes a host-side storage unit and a host-side processor. The host-side storage unit stores: an HMI program that generates a monitoring operation screen; host-side remote monitoring software that connects the own device and a client PC in accordance with a remote desktop protocol and transmits the monitoring operation screen to the client PC; and a key code. The host-side processor executes the host-side remote monitoring software and the HMI program. The host-side remote monitoring software virtualizes a dongle connected to the client PC as the dongle connected to the own device.
