To provide a drive device having a structure which enables improvement of cooling efficiency of a stator core.SOLUTION: A drive device includes: a motor having a rotor and a stator core; a housing which houses the motor therein; and a first refrigerant injection part 11 having injection ports for injecting a refrigerant to the stator core. The stator core has: a cylindrical stator core body 32a; and a fixed part fixed to the housing. The fixed part includes an upper fixed part 32f protruding from the stator core body 32a to the upper side in a vertical direction. The injection ports include first injection ports 14 located at the vertical lower side relative to a vertical upper side end part of the upper fixed part 32f. The upper fixed part 32f is located at one circumferential side of the first injection ports 14.
